Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more, after any product discounts.

Orders under $150 ship by Standard Shipping for $14.00. Express Shipping is available for $15.00. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are prepared and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, not including U.S. federal holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or missing items

It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. If any item arrives damaged, or something is missing from your order, please contact us right away at (312) 719-6005 or robustroots17@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
