We hope ever customer is satisfied with our product, however if for any reason a consumer is not satisfied with their purchase from ROBUST ROOTS site the consumer can return the item and we will be more than happy to refund the money or exchange the item. The purchased item has to be returned within 7 DAYS of the purchase date to be fully refunded.

An item can be returned to be refunded as long as it is not damaged, used, or defective. The item has to be in the same exact condition as was shipped to the consumer. Shipping fee will not be reimbursed to the consumer.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a form of tracking delivery or delivery confirmation to ensure your protection and timely delivery.

Please include the following information with your return package: Clarify whether you want a refund or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning,

All exchanges or replacement products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Business shipping days are Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays within the United States.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please examine the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 312-640-0117.
